Trial launches of diagnostic agent for clear cell renal cell carcinoma

透明细胞肾细胞癌（ccRCC）是肾脏最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其早期准确诊断对患者预后至关重要。目前，传统的影像学检查如CT和MRI在检测小病灶方面存在局限性，因此开发新型诊断剂成为研究热点。IDM-94作为一种靶向碳脱水酶IX（CAIX）的放射性成像剂，正在1/2期临床试验中评估其在识别ccRCC中的作用，具有重要的临床价值。

该1/2期试验分为多个部分，D组主要评估IDM-94在IDRM患者中的诊断准确性，通过与CT/MRI及组织病理学结果对比，分析其一致性、敏感性、特异性和阳性预测值。初步结果显示，IDM-94在ccRCC患者中表现出良好的肿瘤与背景比值，且在不同时间点均显示出稳定的肿瘤吸收。此外，IDM-91作为治疗性放射性药物，正与IDM-94联合使用，探索其在治疗表达CAIX的实体瘤中的潜力。试验还计划扩展至多种癌症类型，包括尿路癌、胰腺癌等，进一步验证其广泛适用性。

IDM-94的引入可能显著提高ccRCC的诊断精度，减少不必要的活检需求，并为个性化治疗提供依据。未来，随着试验的推进，IDM-94和IDM-91的联合应用或将成为CAIX阳性肿瘤的重要诊疗手段。这一进展不仅有助于改善患者预后，也为放射性药物治疗提供了新的方向。
